Five Ponds Golf Academy, Garret Urglavitch has been named one of the Top 50 Coaches
Today we announce our 2024 Top 50 Coach Award. This award stands out in the industry as the only recognition award based on quantitative measurements that identify coaches making the greatest impact on player development through their teaching programs. The award is backed by comprehensive data collected throughout the year, ensuring an objective evaluation process based on relevant metrics.
We are also pleased to announce the recipients of the prestigious Master Coach Award for 2024. Reserved for coaches who have achieved top 50 status for three consecutive years, this elite honor recognizes a consistent track record of creating new golfers, hosting 9-hole events, and helping players improve their game year after year.
Ryan Dailey, Operation 36 Co-Founder said, “The Top 50 Coach Award and the Master Coach Award honor coaches who have delivered an outstanding and highly successful Operation 36 experience to beginner golfers. Coaches are selected based on a variety of measurable performance metrics. These awards are not about popularity or personal style—they are founded on a rigorous, objective evaluation process. Congratulations to this year’s winners for their outstanding accomplishments and dedication to elevating the coaching experience!”
Matt Reagan, Operation 36 Co-founder added, “We are incredibly proud of our Operation 36 Top 50 Coaches, who lead the way in golf development. Their talent and dedication is evident through measurable progress in creating new golfers and making the golf experience more engaging and fun. We welcome the newest class of Master Top 50 Coach Award recipients, and are proud to honor this select group who have consistently demonstrated excellence and are shaping the future of golf.”
